- I am one person. Which plan?
- Solo, the first card above. One seat, every module, and portals bought one at a time or all at once. A second person is an extra seat; past that it is Starter, and nothing is rebuilt on the way.
- What happens when we outgrow a plan?
- You add a seat or move up, and nothing has to be rebuilt. Solo is for one person and allows one more, Starter and Growth carry a team, and Enterprise has no cap on people or on machines. Each card states its own numbers above, extra seats are added one at a time, and growing is a change to the bill rather than a migration.
- Can we change plan later?
- Yes, in either direction. Your data, your storefront and your settings are unaffected by which plan you are on, because the plan only sets how many people and machines you are entitled to rather than which features you get.
- Are features held back on the cheaper plan?
- No. Every plan includes every module: sales, hire, workshop, parts, billing, your storefront and the AI assistants. The only thing bought by the piece is portal listing on Solo, one venue at a time or all of them at once; from Starter every portal is included. You pay for scale, not for access, which is why a small dealer gets the same product a larger one does.
- Can we pay yearly?
- Yes. Pay for the year upfront and the plan costs 10% less than paying month by month. The discount is on the plan itself; extra users and, on Solo, portals stay at their monthly price. An annual plan is paid in advance, and months you do not use are not refunded. If you move up to a bigger plan during the year, you pay only the difference for the months that are left.
